Our client, a leading car manufacturer, is currently looking for a Business Centre Manager to join their business based out of their Enfield Dealership. As a Business Centre Manager you will be in charge of the full LCV fleet operation from their Enfield dealership, dealing with SME & large business to increase their market share in the area and ensure repeat business. Our client is looking for an LCV Specialist to lead the development and delivery of a bespoke sales strategy to launch their new range of commercial vehicles.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in fleet sales, ideally within LCV
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proactive, professional, and enthusiastic approach
- Excellent business development and account management skills
- Self‑motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a team
- A full UK driving licence is required

What You’ll Do
- Understand the customer journey experience and commit to delivering an unrivalled level of customer service
- Talk and listen to the customer to build rapport and accurately qualify their requirements
- Arrange and co‑ordinate product demonstrations to fit the customer requirements
- Design and deliver bespoke sales presentations, aimed specifically at individual customers
- Ensure that the customer is kept informed throughout the sales, financing and pre‑delivery process
- Maintain ongoing contact with customers, nurturing the relationships to ensure future repeat business on a large scale
- Liaise with the client to arrange the handover/delivery of the fleet and complete all paperwork for a timely registration of the vehicle
