- Managing service bookings, job cards, and workshop schedules using dealer management systems
- Preparing and opening job cards accurately, ensuring correct labour operations and parts are allocated
- Liaising with service advisors, technicians, and parts departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Updating customers on vehicle progress, authorisations, and completion times
- Processing warranty claims in line with manufacturer standards and audit requirements

- Full UK driving license
- 1+ years experience as a Service Administrator in the motor trade
- We will consider motor trade Service Advisors looking to transition into Service Admin
- Main dealership experience is ideal but not essential
