Skills and experience
- Relevant light vehicle, LCV or commercial vehicle maintenance qualification, or strong hands-on experience in a similar role
- Good working knowledge of servicing, inspections, diagnostics and repairs on vans and light commercial vehicles
Job Responsibilities for the Mobile LCV Technician role
- Attend customer sites and depot locations to complete planned maintenance, inspections and servicing on vans and LCVs
- Identify and repair mechanical, electrical and technical faults using appropriate diagnostic equipment
- Carry out mobile repairs to a high standard, ensuring vehicles remain safe, compliant and roadworthy
- Complete job records accurately, communicate clearly with customers and maintain a professional mobile service
