We are recruiting for an experienced LCV Technician, Van Technician, Commercial Vehicle Technician or Vehicle Technician to join an established vehicle rental specialist in Sheffield. Applicants must have at least 4 years' experience working on vans or light commercial vehicles, hold a Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent, provide proof of qualification before interview and possess a Full UK Driving Licence.
Location: Sheffield
Salary: Up to £36,730 Basic, OTE Up to 42,000
Bonus: Joining Bonus + Additional Bonus Opportunities
Overtime: Paid at 1.25x Basic Rate, Up to £20.77 Per Hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, 42.5 Hours Per Week – No Weekends

LCV Technician Role
- Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on vans and light commercial vehicles
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
- Identify and repair hydraulic system faults where required
- Complete vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance
- Carry out warranty repairs in line with workshop procedures
- Undertake MOT testing duties where qualified
- Complete accurate repair records and maintain workshop standards
LCV Technician Requirements
- Minimum 4 years' experience working on vans or light commercial vehicles
- Previous experience as an LCV Technician, Van Technician, Commercial Vehicle Technician or Vehicle Technician
- Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, awarded by NVQ, IMI or City & Guilds
- Proof of Level 3 qualification must be available before interview
- Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic and repair skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
