Service Advisor - Leamington Spa
We are recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor or Automotive Service Advisor to join a main dealership in Leamington Spa. Applicants must have previous main dealership Service Advisor experience and be confident managing customers throughout the vehicle servicing and repair process.
Location: Leamington Spa, Warwickshire
Salary: Circa £30,000 Basic + Bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, approximately 8:30am - 5:30pm (TBC)
Weekends: No weekend working

Service Advisor Role
- Welcome customers and manage service and repair enquiries
- Handle workshop bookings and coordinate vehicle servicing
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Liaise with Vehicle Technicians and the Workshop Controller
- Explain repair recommendations, costs and completion times
- Prepare accurate job cards, invoices and service documentation
- Deliver excellent customer service and support Aftersales performance targets
Service Advisor Requirements
- Previous Service Advisor experience within a main car dealership is essential
- Experience managing vehicle servicing and repair bookings
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using dealership management systems
- Ability to work effectively within a busy Aftersales department
