We are recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician, Automotive Technician, Motor Vehicle Technician or Car Technician to join a busy main dealership in Leeds. Applicants must have at least four years' workshop experience, hold a Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair with proof of certification and possess a Full UK Driving Licence. An MOT Tester Licence is desirable but not essential.
Location: Leeds
Salary: Up to £45,000 Basic + Bonus + Overtime
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm, plus Saturdays on a rota

Vehicle Technician Role
- Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults
- Complete vehicle inspections and identify necessary repairs
- Carry out warranty repairs in line with manufacturer procedures
- Complete MOT testing duties where qualified
- Maintain accurate workshop records and repair documentation
- Ensure all work meets manufacturer quality and safety standards
Vehicle Technician Requirements
- Minimum four years' experience as a Vehicle Technician, Automotive Technician, Motor Vehicle Technician or Car Technician within a workshop
- Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (NVQ, IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent), with proof of certification
- Strong mechanical servicing, maintenance and diagnostic skills
- Experience diagnosing mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults
- Full UK Driving Licence
- MOT Tester Licence is desirable but not essential
