Centre Manager role for a growing automotive service centre, suited to an experienced manager who can drive strong financial results, deliver exceptional customer service and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Pay / salary: Up to £40,000 basic per annum, plus performance-based bonus]
Job type: Permanent / full-time role
Shift and schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and alternating (1 in 2) Saturdays, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm

Previous experience as a Centre Manager / Assistant Manager within a fast-fit or automotive environment
Job Responsibilities for the Centre Manager role
- Manage the daily operations of the centre and coordinate workload to achieve business targets efficiently
- Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high standards across the centre
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of 12 staff, including technicians and front-of-house colleagues
- Drive sales performance, maximise revenue opportunities and manage overall centre profitability
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations, including stock control, stock security, cost control and operational standards
- Maintain centre presentation and company standards
- Monitor centre performance and implement improvements where needed
