Overview:

  • Salary: £35,000 OTE (including basic up to £35,000 plus bonus of £8,000, uncapped)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm, NO weekends

We are recruiting for an experienced MET Technician to play a vital role within the Bodyshop team of this established dealer group. Working within a state-of-the-art Bodyshop, you will be tasked with repairing damaged vehicles in line with manufacturers specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out a variety of cosmetic repairs including stripping, refurbishing, and fitting parts to damaged vehicles
  • Act as a multi-skilled MET Technician undertaking all aspects of repair as required
  • Work effectively as part of a team of skilled Bodyshop Technicians
  • Full use of PPE and adherence to health and safety requirements when carrying out repairs
  • Adhere to manufacturer repair guidelines when carrying out repairs
  • Liaise with other internal colleagues to ensure effective communication and teamworking
  • Ensure any administration or supporting documentation is produced in line with company process
  • Ensure efficient working by adhering to defined repair completion times
