Due to our recent expansion, Octane Holding Group Ltd (part of the LCM Environmental Group) are looking for an organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our team and support the day-to-day running of the business.
The role will involve:
- Administrative support and document control
- Managing calls, emails, and enquiries
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Maintaining business records and reports
- Supporting finance and general office activities
What we're looking for:
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- A positive, reliable, and proactive attitude
- Previous administration experience is desirable but not essential
