What is the role? We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, integrated sports partnership programmes. You'll be the central point of coordination across creative, content, production, hospitality, talent, rights management and live event workstreams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard. - Understands how rights holders, talent, venues, content production and live events impact project delivery.

- Has experience managing budgets, timelines, risks and project scope.

What you’ll do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of integrated sports partnership projects across multiple disciplines.
- Build and manage project plans, timelines, budgets and delivery workflows.
- Coordinate teams across creative, production, content, hospitality, talent and rights management to ensure seamless delivery.
- Track risks, issues, dependencies and approvals, resolving challenges before they impact delivery.
- Support the management of project finances, contracts, approvals and supplier requirements.
- Act as a trusted delivery partner to clients, providing clarity on progress, timelines and next steps.
- Support large-scale pitches and new business opportunities with delivery planning, workplans and project expertise.
- Champion best practice project management and help continuously improve how we deliver work across the agency.
- Mentor and support junior project managers, helping develop capability within the team.
Experience
- 4+ years' relevant experience in project management/account management, ideally within an agency, sports partnership, events or integrated marketing environment.
- Experience with tools such as Microsoft Office, Smartsheet and Asana is beneficial.
