We’re looking for a dynamic Account Manager to sit within our eXperiences team at Octagon to deliver a range of best‑in‑class hospitality guest programmes with our clients. You’ll be working on iconic global sporting competitions such as UEFA Champions League, English Premier League, Ryder Cup and much more. The role will support our client’s sponsorship & marketing strategic teams and will be focussed on the shaping & delivery of events and VIP hospitality programmes, with the chance to support the wider account teams on their activations throughout the season.
We are looking for someone with a passion for Sports, Hospitality Events and Project Management, but also someone that can demonstrate sustained success working with brands involved in sports sponsorship and event delivery. You should be prepared to bring and show your passion, enthusiasm, and prior experience for this role as part of the recruitment process.

You Will Be Responsible For
- Supporting the wider project team and collaborating with other internal teams on the management, administration, and delivery of key client’s programme.
- Supporting the delivery of complex guest programmes and on‑site activation as required throughout the seasons.
- Assisting the Account Directors with day‑to‑day account and global stakeholder management.
- Account administration, with support from the wider team, including delivery of status documents, client reporting, collateral, brand approvals, merchandise, programme logistics, asset management and travel management.
- Working with clients, guests, rightsholders as well as third‑party suppliers to develop and deliver a first‑class hospitality experience at races and other events.
- Development and management of bespoke design hospitality suite branding and creative implementation.
- Liaison with team partner and client on development of activation plans and marketing approvals process.
- Development of marketing communications such as newsletters and activation toolkits.
- Providing guidance to client and local markets to ensure sponsorship assets are leveraged effectively.
- Research, coordination, and management of event suppliers including hotels, restaurants, transport, entertainment, and unique cultural activities.
- Appropriate handling and communication of guest information and updates (transport schedule, hotels, tickets, etc.) including compliance with GDPR policies.
- Manage the creation and coordination of rooming lists, itineraries, run of shows, and briefing packs.
- Providing financial account support with responsibility for individual event budgets, tracking, invoicing, PO creation and supplier payments.
- Collaboration across multiple departments including studio, creative, legal, production and finance.
- Contributing to client reporting including quarterly account reviews, post‑event wrap‑ups and the tracking of asset usage.
