Project Document Controller

Location: Southampton, Hampshire
Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm
Overtime: Available when required

An opportunity is available for a Project Document Controller to join a busy engineering and manufacturing environment in Southampton. This Project Document Controller role would suit someone with strong administration and organisational skills who can manage technical documentation across multiple projects.

The Role

As a Project Document Controller in Southampton, you will create, maintain and distribute general and technical documentation, working closely with project managers, engineers and external stakeholders to ensure documents are accurate and submitted on time.

About You

  • 2+ years' administration experience

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Office and general IT systems

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage changing priorities and meet deadlines

  • Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Experience in construction, manufacturing or engineering is desirable

  • Previous document control experience is desirable
