Contract Support Administrator – Southampton

We have an exciting opportunity for a Contract Support Administrator to join a busy engineering environment in Southampton, offering a salary of £28,000–£30,000 DOE.

As a Contract Support Administrator, you’ll provide administrative support across the Accounts, Contracts and Projects teams, helping to maintain customer information, manage contracts and support invoicing and KPI reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain customer and site databases

  • Manage contract information and renewals

  • Prepare KPI reports

  • Coordinate engineer training requirements

  • Prepare renewal letters and invoices

  • Support supplier onboarding

  • Prepare quotes and raise invoices for site work

  • Provide general office administration

  • Support the Accounts and Projects teams

About You

We’re looking for a Contract Support Administrator with experience working in a busy, fast-paced office environment. You’ll need strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel, alongside excellent organisation, attention to detail and communication skills.

Experience within an electrical, electronic or manufacturing environment would be advantageous.

Salary: £28,000–£30,000 DOE
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:30
Location: Southampton
