As a Controls Engineer, you will be developing advanced control systems, ensuring the delivery of high-performance, reliable, and compliant control systems. From concept to completion, you’ll guide project execution, inspire innovation, and support your team’s ongoing development.
Controls Engineer Responsibilities:
- Oversee PLC and HMI development, primarily using Allen Bradley or Siemens systems.
- Champion continuous improvement in design and development practices.
- Collaborate across functions including test, production, and service.
- Ensure industry standards and best practices are met.
- Support SCADA integration and customer interface development.
- Balance priorities, manage workloads, and allocate team resources.
- Contribute to long-term control systems strategy and innovation roadmap.
Skills/Experience required for the Senior Controls Engineering:
- Degree qualified or equivalent experience in Controls Engineering or related field.
- Strong PLC/HMI programming experience (Allen Bradley preferred).
