You’ll work at the interface between engineering and production, helping move new products from prototype through to stable, repeatable manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support NPI activities from prototype through to production
  • Develop and optimise manufacturing processes
  • Support DFM and DFA activities
  • Analyse RF test data to improve yield and process capability
  • Investigate manufacturing and RF performance issues
  • Support production ramp-up and continuous improvement
  • Design and implement tooling and fixtures
  • Produce manufacturing procedures and technical documentation

About You

  • HND, degree or equivalent experience in Electronics, RF, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field
  • Experience introducing RF or microwave products into manufacturing
  • Background in RF, microwave, electronics, aerospace, defence, semiconductor or other high-precision manufacturing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with manufacturing process development and continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of 8D, DMAIC or FMEA
  • SPC and process capability experience would be advantageous
  • Familiarity with VNA, spectrum analysers and signal generators would be beneficial
