Candidate Requirements

Proven experience as a Production Manager within an electronics or RF manufacturing/assembly setting.

Strong people management and coaching skills.

Knowledge of ESD requirements, quality control and Health & Safety procedures.

Experienced in production planning, scheduling and workflow optimisation.

Excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational abilities.

Hands-on, practical approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
