NEW HSE MANAGER JOB IN ILFRACOMBE.
We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Environmental Manager to lead the strategic and operational management of HSE across a high technology manufacturing environment.
Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will play a key role in developing a proactive health, safety and environmental culture, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving continuous improvement across the business.

Responsibilities as an HSE Manager in Ilfracombe.
- Lead the development and implementation of a positive Health, Safety & Environmental culture, driving continuous improvement across the business.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory health, safety, environmental and workplace welfare legislation.
- Manage and maintain ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certifications, ensuring systems remain effective and compliant.
- Develop and monitor HSE targets, objectives and improvement programmes to enhance performance and minimise environmental impact.
- Provide expert guidance, advice and support to leaders and stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Chair and lead the Health & Safety Committee, encouraging employee engagement and promoting best practice.
Requirements as an HSEManager in Ilfracombe.
- NEBOSH National General Certificate or an equivalent recognised qualification.
- Proven experience in a similar Health, Safety & Environmental management role. Experience within a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
- A recognised environmental qualification relevant to the role.
