I’m recruiting for an exciting client of mine who is looking for a driven and experienced Production Supervisor to join their high-performing manufacturing team. Key responsibilities for the Production Supervisor job:
- Lead the safe and efficient delivery of production targets across rotating shifts.
- Supervise, support, and develop a team of technicians and operators.
- Ensure all production activities comply with HSE, quality, and training standards.
- Work closely with Inventory, Engineering, Quality, HR, and Training departments.
- Monitor team performance, maintain metrics, and drive process improvements.
- Be a role model for safety and quality – promoting a proactive STOP culture.
- Respond swiftly to production or quality issues, ensuring timely resolution.

- Proven experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role.
