A leading UK engineering organisation based in Enfield London is seeking a Senior Radar Systems Analyst to support the design and performance development of next-generation radar systems. This role sits within a highly technical R&D environment and offers the chance to work on complex real-world defence and surveillance applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop system-level models and assess radar performance across a range of operating scenarios.
- Design, implement and evaluate signal processing algorithms using MATLAB.
- Provide technical input into radar system architecture requirements and detailed specifications.
- Support hardware and software development teams across the wider R&D function.
- Contribute to trials, testing and customer engagements including occasional UK and international travel.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Degree (Bachelors or Masters) in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline.
- Strong experience using MATLAB for modelling, analysis and algorithm development.
- Solid understanding of digital signal processing techniques.
- Background in radar systems or closely related domains such as sonar, image processing or communications.
