In this job, you will play a key role in supporting the sales process from initial enquiry through to quotation and order placement, working closely with customers and internal technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical sales support across a range of pump and fluid handling applications
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and supporting technical documentation
- Liaise with customers to understand requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Work closely with external sales engineers to support project delivery
- Respond to technical and commercial enquiries in a timely manner
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and opportunity data
- Support order processing and coordination with internal departments
- Assist in identifying new opportunities within existing and potential customers
- Previous experience in an internal sales or technical support job within an engineering environment
- Understanding of pumps, pipework, or fluid systems (or similar mechanical systems)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple enquiries
