Production Operative job role in Andover -
As a Production Operative in Andover you will work as part of a team to produce printed
circuit board assemblies (PCBAs), supporting the efficient and high-quality
production of goods within a manufacturing environment. You will be
responsible for carrying out a range of hands-on production activities; day-to-day
you will primarily focus on hand-soldering and machine operation tasks as well
as supporting on testing and final product builds as required to ensure effective
running of production and efficient product output.

Product Soldering and Assembly:
Building products according to standard operating procedures, customer
specifications and requirements
Hand soldering to IPC standards as required by product requirements
Machine Operation:
Running and monitoring production and test equipment as per standard
operating procedures
Product Testing:
Utilising test equipment provided by customers to test finished boards
Packaging and Labelling:
Supporting the packing team with packaging of finished products and
Record production data that ensures full product traceability
Keeping work areas, including machinery, soldering and hand tool
equipment, clean and organised.

Manual hand dexterity and strong use of fine motor skills
