Join the Culture & Engagement team and play a key role in shaping a workplace where every voice matters. We’re looking for a proactive and insight-driven Employee Engagement Specialist to lead employee listening initiatives and drive meaningful improvements in engagement across the business.

In this role, you’ll manage the design, delivery, and analysis of our employee engagement programmes, ensuring we capture and act on feedback in ways that strengthen the company culture and align with the people strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full lifecycle of our engagement survey calendar (quarterly and ad hoc), from strategy and design to configuration, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Internal Communications to develop communication strategies that boost survey participation and deepen employee understanding of engagement initiatives.
  • Integrate feedback from multiple listening channels (surveys, leadership meetings, etc.) to build a comprehensive view of employee sentiment.
  • Work with People Analytics to convert data into clear, actionable insights that reflect what matters most to our people.
  • Support the business in interpreting results through storytelling and strategic messaging.
  • Partner with leaders and People Partners to build and implement action plans that create measurable improvements in engagement.
  • What You’ll Bring

  • 6 years of experience in employee engagement, survey design, or HR insights, ideally in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights from complex data and translate them into clear actions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to coach and influence senior leaders.
  • A collaborative, insight-led mindset and a passion for using data and storytelling to improve the employee experience.
