Test Engineer – Isle of Wight. A Test Engineer is required to join an engineering team based on the Isle of Wight. This role offers hands-on responsibility for hardware testing, verification, and compliance across complex electronic products.

The Test Engineer on the Isle of Wight will:
- Plan and execute hardware test activities across the product lifecycle
- Develop and maintain structured test plans and procedures
- Perform functional, verification, and qualification testing
- Generate objective evidence to demonstrate compliance with technical requirements
Skills & Experience – Test Engineer, Isle of Wight
Essential
- HND / Foundation Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (or similar)
- 3+ years\\\’ experience in a product test or compliance environment
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power supplies
- Ability to interpret schematics and technical documentation
Desirable
- Experience with CE / UKCA marking
- Familiarity with MIL-STD or DEF-STAN standards
- Manufacturing or laboratory-based test experience
- Eligibility for UK Security Clearance
