We are working with a highly technical and growing engineering environment looking to bring in a Test Development Engineer to support the design and delivery of advanced electronic test solutions. This is a hands-on role where you will take customer requirements and turn them into effective analogue, digital and mixed signal test platforms. You will work across both hardware and software, collaborating closely with internal teams, customers and suppliers.

The role involves developing and improving electrical test solutions used for engineering characterisation and pre-production validation. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing, maintaining and improving electrical test solutions
- Designing and building test hardware and software based on requirements
- Ensuring test results align with specifications and datasheets
- Supporting product development and production testing
- Streamlining data collection, storage and reporting
- Carrying out failure analysis and producing clear documentation
- Providing support across test equipment, including calibration and maintenance
What we are looking for:
- Degree in Electronics Engineering
