We're hiring for a senior job opportunity within a fast-growing semiconductor environment focused on next-generation touch sensing ICs and automotive MCUs. This job is ideal for an experienced digital or mixed-signal IC engineer who wants to step into a leadership role with real technical ownership. You'll lead digital development from specification through to validated silicon, while guiding and mentoring a growing engineering team.
Responsibilities for the IC Digital Lead job:
- Lead digital IC architecture, design, verification, and validation
- Own delivery of touch controller ICs and automotive MCUs
- Provide technical direction and improve performance, quality, and cost
- Manage resources, project planning, and priorities
- Work closely with global analogue, P&R, test, and software teams
