We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Team Manager with a background in manufacturing or operations, strong leadership skills and a proven ability to drive production performance, quality, safety and continuous improvement. Based in South Molton, you will lead manufacturing activities within a defined production area, managing resources and developing high-performing teams while ensuring customer requirements and operational targets are achieved. Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Team Manager job in South Molton, Devon * Leading manufacturing and production teams to achieve on-time delivery, productivity, quality and safety targets. * Driving Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement, using 6S, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work and waste reduction initiatives. * Developing and coaching employees, improving engagement and promoting a high-performance team culture. * Monitoring operational performance metrics, managing resources and supporting maintenance, facilities and workplace safety improvements.
