Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our team near Northampton, where you'll play a key role in delivering high-performance, mission-critical RF systems. This is a hands-on, high-impact position with opportunities to influence the full product lifecycle—from defining system requirements and architecture to performance analysis, integration, and verification.\\n\\nYou'll work across three cutting-edge capability areas:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Secure Tactical Datalinks\\n\\n * \\n\\n Spectrum Monitoring Systems\\n\\n * \\n\\n Battlespace Technologies (including COMINT, HF DF, C-UAS, and C-RCIED)\\n\\nYou’ll collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, bringing a systems-thinking mindset and technical leadership to complex engineering challenges.\\n\\nKey Requirements\\n\\n * \\n\\n Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role (7+ years preferred)\\n\\n * \\n\\n Proven expertise in systems engineering across the full development lifecycle\\n\\n * \\n\\n Hands-on experience in system architecture, requirements capture, and verification\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ability to lead and contribute to technical delivery and produce high-quality documentation\\n\\n * \\n\\n Degree in engineering or equivalent professional experience\\n\\n * \\n\\n Must be a British citizen or eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC)
