Octagon Group is seeking an NPI Engineer to lead the introduction of RF and microwave products into manufacturing.

You will coordinate pilot builds, validate processes and ensure readiness for production in a high-reliability environment.

Responsibilities include delivering NPI plans from prototype to production, driving DFM/DFA reviews and developing tooling, process flows and documentation to improve yield and efficiency across multidisciplinary teams.
