Our client based in Bordon, Hampshire specialise in the design and manufacture of highly complex power electronics for the Automotive and Industrial industry. We are seeking a Production Quality Engineer to join our clients dynamic team in Bordon. This critical role will serve as the interface between Manufacturing Quality and Engineering, driving product and process quality throughout the production life cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Champion product quality across manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to procedures and identifying efficiency improvements.
- Manage and investigate system, process, and material non-conformities.
- Lead root cause investigations into customer complaints using 8D methodology.
- Conduct internal and external system/process/product audits.
- Support the development and maintenance of ISO 9001:2015-compliant management systems.
- Work closely with Engineering to develop accurate work instructions and ensure production aligns with design intent.
Requirements:
- A qualification in Quality, Electronics, or Engineering.
- Experience in a quality assurance role within an electronics manufacturing or design environment.
