NEW PRODUCTION ENGINEER BASED IN ANDOVER. Our client based in Andover, Hampshire specialise in the design and manufacture of highly complex PCBA\’s for a range of industries like automotive, industrial and medical. We are searching for a Production Engineer to join our clients dynamic team in Andover. This is a hands-on role supporting production, engineering, and new product introduction (NPI) through technical leadership and continuous process improvement. Responsibilities as a Production Engineer in Andover. * Provide technical support to production and engineering teams. * Lead product validation and ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards. * Troubleshoot technical issues and support root cause analysis. * Implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and waste reduction. * Develop and improve production processes, SOPs, and engineering documentation.
