An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Engineer to join a well established international electronics manufacturer.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in manufacturing quality who enjoys driving continuous improvement, maintaining quality systems, and working across multiple departments to ensure products and processes meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities as a Quality Engineer in Milton Keynes.

  • Maintaining and improving the integrated management system in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 standards.
  • Supporting document control, change management and quality system compliance.
  • ​​​​​​​Planning, conducting and supporting internal audits.
  • ​​​​​​​Leading root cause investigations using structured problem solving techniques such as 8D, Fishbone and Fault Tree Analysis.
  • ​​​​​​​Monitoring quality KPIs and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Supporting New Product Introduction activities, process changes and validation
  • Work closely with production, engineering, and other departments to resolve quality related issues and support operational improvements.
  • ​​​​​​​Working closely with manufacturing, engineering and other departments to reduce quality risks and improve processes
