This is an opportunity to join a leading advanced manufacturing environment specialising in high performance power conversion and electronics solutions. The organisation operates across global markets including server, storage and networking systems, as well as electromobility applications such as electric vehicles, robotics and energy storage.

Our client is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Team Leader to lead the QA function within a manufacturing environment. This role combines hands-on quality work with team leadership and continuous improvement responsibility. You will ensure compliance with key industry standards while driving operational excellence and supporting cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and continuously improve the integrated management system in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 requirements.
  • Act as a key point of contact for external audits including certification bodies and customers.
  • Lead investigations into non-conformances, customer complaints, and internal quality issues.
  • Drive root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions using structured methods such as 8D.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a small Quality Assurance team, ensuring clear objectives and performance delivery.
  • Ensure full compliance of quality and environmental processes, documentation, and change control activities.
  • Work closely with production, engineering, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues and support operational improvements.
  • Support new product introduction and process change activities from a quality assurance perspective.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a Quality Assurance role within manufacturing.
  • Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 or equivalent QMS.
  • Experience supporting or leading internal and external audits.
