Octagon Group in the Tees Valley area is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join an innovative engineering business developing advanced electronic and electro-mechanical products. The role covers the full product development lifecycle from concept and design through prototype development, validation and manufacture.

You will design precision components using 3D CAD (ideally SolidWorks), create detailed drawings and BOMs, apply DFM/DFA, support thermal and structural analysis.
