We are recruiting for a Test & Integration Manager job on behalf of a leading engineering organisation, with the role based in London.

Key Responsibilities for the Test & Integration Manager job
- Lead test integration and industrialisation of electro-optical systems and photonics-based products.
- Design and deploy automated test systems and production test benches.
- Drive NPI activities from prototype through to production release.

- Improve manufacturing KPIs including yield, throughput, and reliability.
