I’m working with a leading engineering business looking to hire an experienced Industrial Test Engineer with strong high-voltage expertise. This is a hands-on job focused on the design, development, and support of high-voltage production test systems, playing a key role in bringing new products into manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop HV test benches (hardware & software)
- Install, commission, and validate test systems
- Support production with hands-on debugging and issue resolution
- Investigate test failures and analyse results
- Create test documentation and ensure HV safety compliance
- Train manufacturing teams and support continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering (or similar)
- Strong experience with high-voltage systems
- Background in production test development
- Experience with LabVIEW/TestStand
- Hands-on, strong fault-finding skills
