NEW LEAD QUALITY ENGINEER BASED IN TITCHFIELD. A leading Aerospace company, dedicated to inclusion, diversity, and sustainability, is seeking a Quality Engineer to join their dynamic team based in Titchfield. The Lead Quality Engineer will be responsible for the Strategic Quality Plan, ensuring compliance with industry standards, government regulations, and customer requirements. Responsibilities as a Lead Quality Engineer in Titchfield. * Provide expertise to proactively address customer and supplier quality requirements. * Develop, implement, and improve quality systems, ensuring compliance with AS9100 and other relevant standards. * Participate in and lead audits, completing part approval documentation. * Analyze quality metrics, conduct reviews, and recommend action plans for improvement. * Oversee the design, procurement, and maintenance of measurement and test equipment. * Investigate complex quality issues, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
