Our client based in Andover, Hampshire specialise in the design and manufacture of highly complex PCBA's for a range of industries like automotive, industrial and medical. Our client are looking for an experienced HSEQ Engineer to join our Quality team, reporting directly to the QHSE Manager. This is a key role in driving our Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental strategy and embedding a positive quality and safety culture across the business.

Job requirements of the HSEQ Engineer in Andover:

  • Develop, maintain and improve the Business Management System in line with AS9100, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
  • Act as EHS Management Representative, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Lead internal HSE audits, manage non-conformances, and ensure timely closure.
  • Support risk identification, containment and preventative actions across the business.
  • Manage customer compliance requests, including conflict minerals.
  • Deliver training across quality, health, safety and environmental topics.
  • Track and report HSE KPIs, including energy usage and waste.

Requirements as a HSEQ Engineer in Andover:

  • Act as the main point of contact for supplier quality matters.
  • Convert NCRs into SCARs and manage supplier follow-up.
  • Perform supplier audits (initial, routine and ad-hoc).
  • Degree-level qualification preferred (minimum HNC Level 4 in Electronics or Electrical Engineering).
