An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HSE & Facilities Manager to join a growing and strategically important operation on the Isle of Wight. This is a key leadership role, offering the chance to shape and deliver Health, Safety, Environmental, and Facilities excellence at a major Isle of Wight site. The HSE & Facilities Manager will support continued business growth on the Isle of Wight, operating at both a strategic and hands‑on level while reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer.
Key Responsibilities – HSE & Facilities Manager
- Leading all Health, Safety and Environmental activities across the Isle of Wight site and associated off‑site operations
- Owning and maintaining HSE management systems in line with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 requirements
- Acting as site lead for ISO certification, audits, and continuous compliance on the Isle of Wight
- Developing and delivering a facilities strategy aligned to business and site growth on the Isle of Wight
- Serving as the day‑to‑day point of contact for all facilities requirements, upgrades, and improvements
- Driving a proactive Zero Incident culture through continuous improvement and leadership engagement
- Managing contractor control, visitor safety, and RAMS approval processes
Skills & Experience – HSE & Facilities Manager
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience leading HSE programmes within regulated environments
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems
- Experience overseeing facilities management in parallel with HSE responsibilities
