The predicted salary is between 35100 - 42900 Β£ per year.

We are looking for an Engineering Support Technician to join an established manufacturing environment in Crewe. This is a hands-on role supporting Engineering and Production, with responsibility for equipment maintenance, calibration and general facility support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calibration and servicing of plant and equipment
  • Maintain calibration, maintenance and ESD records
  • Carry out ESD checks and reflow oven profiling
  • Manufacture stencils and clads using laser cutting equipment
  • Support machine, equipment and facility repairs
  • Maintain critical engineering spares
  • Coordinate external engineers and contractors
  • Manage waste chemical collections and documentation
  • Provide general Engineering and shopfloor support

About You:

  • Hands-on engineering or maintenance experience
  • Some knowledge of equipment maintenance
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
  • Good communication skills
  • Electronics/manufacturing experience would be advantageous
