An exciting opportunity is available for an Electronics Design Engineer to join a small R&D team based in Harpenden, Hertfordshire! You will be working on consultancy-based projects and will be a key member of the development team, working on the design of exciting products for a wide range of applications including medical devices, wearables and the Internet of Things. Key responsibilities of the Electronics Design Engineer job: * Take customer requirements and work with the wider team to establish how to develop new products * Design custom electronic boards, verify and test * Liaise with customers to assist integration and problem resolution Key skills / experience required for the Electronics Design Engineer job: * Proven significant experience of electronics design – analogue, digital and PCB design * Board design including schematic capture and PCB layout * Knowledge of design for manufacture and regulatory compliance * Experience designing with microprocessors/microcontrollers, memory devices, programmable logic, power supplies, wireless communications This is a fantastic opportunity for a Electronics Design Engineer to gain exposure to design for a variety of industry sectors.
