They are seeking an Associate Quality Engineer to join their Quality team and support the delivery of high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Engineering graduate or early-career engineer who is keen to build hands-on experience in Quality, Testing, and Continuous Improvement, with clear development toward a professional engineering career.

Responsibilities as an Associate Quality Engineer:

  • Support the day-to-day testing workload, including RF signal sweeps and other technical measurements.
  • Learn to accurately interpret test results and build technical competence over time.
  • Check and approve production first-offs to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and test specifications.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications, including dual-dimensional drawings and tolerances.
  • Assist in preparing test documentation and reports in clear technical English.
  • Participate in internal production and process audits under supervision.
  • Support Engineering with the creation, review and updating of work instructions and setting guides.

Requirements as an Associate Quality Engineer:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or similar).
  • Recent graduate or up to 1 year of industrial experience in quality, manufacturing, or engineering.
