New job role - CNC Turning Setter Operator in Gloucester. Due to company growth, a fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our team. We are seeking CNC Setter/Operators in Gloucester with experience in using CNC turning machines and routers - preferably with knowledge of Haas/Fanuc controls.

You will be working as part of a wider team to undertake a variety of CNC duties and produce a wide range of precision components for many industries including automotive (F1) and military.

  • Set and operate Haas/Fanuc-controlled CNC machines
  • Working from Technical Drawings
  • Installing the correct programmes into the machine
  • Prepare and load materials and components
  • Working to specific tolerances ensuring these are accurate for each operation
  • Inspect and measure finished components, recording results using in-process inspection sheets
  • Fulfil daily responsibilities using our ERP system (IFS)
  • Reporting any issues to their Supervisor/Manager
  • Take a proactive approach to managing their own and others' Health

You must have experience of setting and operating CNC machines lathes.
