Are you a hands-on Quality & Compliance professional looking for a role where you can really make an impact? We are working with an engineering-led business seeking a Compliance & Quality Engineer to take ownership of their QMS, compliance and HSE activities. You will work closely with engineering, production and leadership teams, playing a key role in maintaining standards, supporting audits and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Owning the Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Leading internal audits and supporting external accreditations
  • Ensuring regulatory, customer and legislative compliance
  • Working with Engineering & Procurement on materials and supplier compliance
  • Overseeing HSE, including COSHH and environmental responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Experience in Quality, Compliance or Assurance within an engineering environment
  • Strong audit and quality systems knowledge
  • Confident communicator who can influence across teams
  • ASQ certification a plus, not essential
