A global technology leader in Scotland is expanding their team and searching for an experienced Business Development Manager (EMEA) to drive growth across a diverse range of markets. With over 500 customers across the globe, my client offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment where innovation meets opportunity. What You’ll Do as Business Development Manager (EMEA): – Exceed sales targets across the EMEA region – Develop and manage strategic channel partner relationships – Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to execute go-to-market plans – Lead customer engagements and product trials that convert to revenue – Represent the company at key events: trade shows, conferences, and seminars – Maintain a healthy CRM pipeline and ensure flawless execution from prospect to close Who You Are – Our Ideal Business Development Manager (EMEA): – 8+ years of experience in B2B technical hardware sales – Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field – Proven ability to manage channel networks and drive regional sales – Strong communicator and relationship builder with a commercial mindset – Bonus: Industry experience in telecom, cloud, or data centre technology Why Join Us as Business Development Manager (EMEA)?
