I’m currently working on a fantastic opportunity for a Project Administrator to join a well-established engineering environment in Bristol on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent role for someone who enjoys working in structured, technical environments and wants to develop their experience within project delivery / PMO support.
The role
You’ll be supporting Project Managers and delivery teams across active engineering projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly from an administrative and coordination perspective. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining project documentation (logs, trackers, actions, risks, minutes)
- Supporting reporting, dashboards, and project updates
- Coordinating meetings, workshops, and follow-ups
- Tracking actions and ensuring timely completion of deliverables
- Supporting onboarding and team coordination activities
- Assisting with project governance and secondment/admin processes where required
