As a Maintenance Technician, you will provide support to the Maintenance Manager and Team in the maintenance of CIL's equipment and plant on both our sites; performing typical maintenance tasks to support the assembly process on all three sites.
With strong, effective communication skills, you will be friendly and approachable, ideally with a passion for machinery. Whilst experience in maintenance support is ideal, we are keen to consider applicants who are newly qualified within the maintenance, or other relevant industry and looking to make a start within a junior maintenance position.
A maintenance person must be able to work with their hands as well as their eyes. They must have great physical strength to tackle tasks of great size and strength. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and possess great patience.
