We have a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join our Security teams based in Newtown. We are looking for dynamic and proactive Security Specialists with a strong background in the field. These shift patterns are on a relief basis as and when required.

Hours: 0600hrs to 1800hrs / 1800hrs to 0600hrs

Shifts: 4 on 4 off days or nights

Rate of pay: £12.80

Requirements for the role:

  • Valid full UK driving licence
  • A full 5 year working history to meet the BS 7858:2019 Screening of individuals
  • To be able to communicate clearly both verbally and written
  • Excellent time management
  • Providing strong customer service
  • To be able to work on your own and as a part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regular internal/external foot patrols throughout the shift
  • Access control from within the gatehouse
  • Monitoring and responding to Intruder/Fire alarm systems
  • Monitoring CCTV
  • Completing incident/accident/maintenance reports as and when required
  • Completing a daily occurrence report
