We’re hiring a Junior–Mid Level SQL Server DBA to join our Client's Data Services team. Ideal for someone with solid SQL Server experience who wants to grow their skills in a supportive, technically strong environment.
What You’ll Do
- Support SQL Server installation, configuration, patching and monitoring
- Maintain database performance, availability and reliability
- Perform backups, restores, health checks and routine maintenance
- Troubleshoot performance issues (blocking, deadlocks, slow queries)
- Assist with HA/DR, capacity planning and security controls
- Work with development and infrastructure teams
- Document fixes, processes and improvements
What You’ll Need
- 2+ years’ SQL Server DBA experience
- Strong T‑SQL and troubleshooting skills
- Good understanding of SQL Server admin fundamentals
- Experience with backups, restores and production environments
- Exposure to performance tuning concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Replication experience
- HA/DR exposure
- PowerShell or automation interest
- CI/CD awareness (Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
- Azure SQL or cloud experience
- SSIS or data integration knowledge
