Day shift roles that may vary week to week
Previous experience in a yard, warehouse, maintenance, labouring or similar practical environment would be useful, but attitude and reliability are more important than specific experience. Training can be provided for the right person
- Assisting yard operatives and the maintenance team with day-to-day tasks.
- Moving, loading, unloading and organising materials around the site.
- Keeping stores, workshops and storage areas tidy, organised and accessible.
- Sorting, storing and maintaining stock, tools, equipment and materials.
- General site housekeeping and keeping work areas clean and safe.
- Assisting with basic maintenance and general handyman tasks where required.
- Helping to prepare work areas and materials for jobs.
- Disposing of waste and keeping the yard and site areas presentable.
- Carrying out general labouring and other practical tasks as required.
- Supporting the wider site team with ad-hoc jobs and day-to-day requirements.

- Flexible and willing to take on a variety of different tasks.
