About The Role
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm.
Main Function Of The Position:
- Carry out works scheduled by the supervisor or line manager in a timely, safe manner.
- Use specialised equipment (provided by the company) and techniques to effectively remove dirt, stains, and allergens.
- Follow established schedules to conduct periodic deep cleaning tasks as per client requests.
- Respond to various specialized cleaning requests as directed by management or clients, adapting techniques and equipment as needed.
- Be available for emergency callouts, responding promptly to urgent cleaning needs in various locations.
- Comply with all Company & Client policies and statutory regulations relating to Health & Safety, hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH.
- Follow client/company guidelines with regards to identifying and reporting health and safety hazards e.g., blocked/locked fire doors.
- Report any customer complaints or compliments and take remedial action if possible; report immediately any incidents of accident, fire, theft, loss, damage or other irregularities to the Line Manager/ supervisor.
You Will Meet The Following Criteria
- Must have right to work in the UK.
- You must hold a full UK Driving License.
- You will have experience in window cleaning and ideally in working at heights and high buildings.
- You must have the ability to work well on your own, be self-sufficient and motivated whilst also being comfortable working as part of a team and following instruction.
- Working hours consist of an 8 hour day, typically starting at 6am – 2pm but vary by site, client and other factors.
- Some weekend and out of hours availability will be required, which will be pre-planned and treated as overtime.
- A professional attitude.
